John has been following the fusion industry for many years and has been actively involved as an advisor on EMC2’s direction and assisting with fundraising.
He worked at Microsoft for 26 years on Windows NT, Xbox, Windows HPC, and others. John is an active angel investor and belongs to Seattle Alliance of Angels and E8 Angels.
He was a crew chief, US Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, veteran of Operations Desert Storm and Just Cause.
He is currently employed as an engineer at IonQ where he helps program robots to fire lasers at ions to do math.
